It was too loose on the shaft and would not move. The write-up correctly said it was a Hermle replacement and some alterations may need to be made. The clock movement fit perfectly and runs well. The speaker was quite a bit smaller than the original. The clock movement door is hinged to access the batteries, and it has a magnet on it that latches onto the speaker to keep it closed. I fudged it.

Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++
