The pump is from LG. It is an OEM part. I am not a thief nor am I representing something that is not true. LG outsources these pumps to Askoll. Aside from making pumps for LG, Askoll also makes aftermarket parts. The pump you purchased and received came directly from LG. If you were not happy with it you could have returned it for a refund. Since you did not I can assume the pump is working accordingly.
