    Extremely good value for money alternative to the original Duravit Starck 3 soft close toilet seat. I was replacing a broken seat and it took me no more than 10 minutes to install this new one. Also, the speed of delivery after order was incredible. I'm highly impressed with both the product and the service. Thank you

    Was quoted £188 + VAT to replace our Starck 3 loo seat. Thankfully I came across this seller and have just fitted this seat in 5 minutes including changing the pin things as the ones fitted were too chunky. Very good quality seat too with a lovely soft closure. Feeling chuffed.

    It is by no means the seller’s fault that Duravit CHANGED THEIR HARDWARE so it’s necessary to remove the original mounting hardware in order to fit the new seat (the new seat uses narrower fittings). So I’ve had to engage a plumber to remove the stripped and spinning hardware with all new. Very irrirating.

    Quality but Expensive

    Had 3 of these seats in the last 7 years, all from different suppliers, wish I had changed the pan years ago. Quality is good but no better than seats a third of the price just paying for the name really. There are no look a like seats out there as an option. When I do replace my bathroom I will do some research on replacement costs first.

    Better than the OEM seat

    Way better than the original seat that has a weakness in the design caused by poor foot placement causing it to snap mid seat. It now feels solid, went on with very little fuss and I’m currently sat on it writing this review. I never review stuff as I cannot be bothered. This though is a rare occasion an aftermarket product is way better than the original! Need to order another for yet another broken OEM seat. And it arrived next day.

    Price is right

    I rate it as excellant mainly because it is very good quality and the price is very good especially because I have had two already and the price was more through the company that I bought the toilet from thinking that was the only place you can buy but it isn't and I am glad That I found this company.

    Good value for money alternative toilet seat for a Duravit Starck 3

    As a toilet seat it isn't cheap but as a toilet seat to fit a Duravit Starck 3 it is an excellent value for money alternative to the 'origina' seats. I'd recommend if you're looking for a good quality alternative
