But upon receipt, the package closely resembles actual Panasonic packaging but is labeled as PREMIERE BATTERIES, not Panasonic. The batteries are labeled as Panasonic but nowhere on the packaging is Panasonic listed. Suspicious that they were counterfeit I contacted Panasonic and was advised they do not authorize their products to be packaged under different labels.
