Seller did return my messages stating they shipped it out on May 10th with my tracking number. I’m still rating this as neutral but I am very disappointed in the shipping time for these products! Waiting over 12 days is unacceptable in my opinion. Will update whenever I receive these items. Even though this is not any fault of this seller, I will not be purchasing again! Thank you.

I contacted seller to ask if the item had been shipped. They said YES BUT immediately sent a replacement EVEN THOUGH tracking notifications for the 1st package began working at the same time. AWESOME seller!👍
