Way less than the 10 days they quote. I installed the module and all the issues were resolved. I appreciate how they under promise and over deliver. I have a sale pending and could not read my odometer.(common problem) and needed a qucik turn around. The cluster was removed and shipped out. Once they recieved the package they messaged me to let me know. 2 days later I had the repaired unit in hand and in perfect condition. Plugged it in and as you can see from the pictures, IT WORKS.
