Initially, I received little communication while the ring was being made, but after that point, the steps of shipping, customs, & delivery, were better than expected. The IGI certification truly helps with validating authenticity by laser inscribing the certification number on the stone. This is fantastic, leaving no doubt what I received is genuine. The tiny side stones could not be validated.

Cheaper and better materials (18K vs 14K) than going through a US jewelry store. This lab grown diamond looks plenty sparkly to me! Thank you, seller!
