Shipping took a little bit of time but I'm not sure that was the fault of the seller. Packaging was absolutely great, honestly, in my opinion felt a little overkill but I understand the need considering the item. Regardless it shows the seller cares that things make to you in one piece. My only issue was no mention of the rubber pad missing on one of the mounts. However it was a relatively minor issue.
