Good product
I don't know if it is a good value because I have not purchased any cosmetics for quite a few years. I know that prices have gone up, but this did seem a little pricey to me, but I was glad to find it. I like the product! Easy to use and stays on
I've been using this eyebrow powder for a few years and it goes perfectly with my dark brown hair. It's easy to apply and stays on all day. Comes off easily with soap and water. Hard to find item.
