Initially, I received little communication while the ring was being made, but after that point, the steps of shipping, customs, & delivery, were better than expected. The IGI certification truly helps with validating authenticity by laser inscribing the certification number on the stone. This is fantastic, leaving no doubt what I received is genuine. The tiny side stones could not be validated.

Shipping only took two weeks, which is really impressive considering that it came to US from India and that it shipped to the ebay authenticator before coming me. Cheaper and better materials (18K vs 14K) than going through a US jewelry store. This lab grown diamond looks plenty sparkly to me! Thank you, seller!
