Once they finally shipped it, it arrived two days late. Once it arrived there were multiple broken parts. The boxes inside were opened and components were everywhere. When i told them this they basically said “that sucks.” Also, it was listed as new. Second I layered that box with bubble wrap and tightly packed them within the container, had I taped the boxes you probably would have complained about that as well.
