    They are new and I got exactly what I ordered. They are made well. They price was affordable. I only gave 3 stars on the delivery due to the fact it took over 2 weeks to get them. I think it was due to lost in shipping but after contacting them, they quickly resent the order. The package was open when received but everything was there.
