BT 8500 Twin Advanced
Twin handset with nuisance call blocker. Easy to use. Easy to add contacts. The phone volume is loud both for hearing people talk and when it's ringing. Phone is set up to query numbers it doesn't recognise and asks what you want to do about them. Once number is accepted as OK it doesn't query it again.

Brilluant
Love this to pieces, it's a simple, feature packed hone phone. We have a similar number to a large local business, we tried speaking with the PR manager of the business about the amount of missing dialled calls for them we were receiving, they basically told us quite unpolitely to put up and shut up. I now block every idiot who is unable to read and dial a basic uk landline telephone number, after checking if they are calling for this local business, and asking if they had problems with numbers at school, as I can only assume they still suffer with this struggle! Also blocks all the scam calls trying it on. Works perfectly, love it. Buy one now if you suffer with something similar, day by day, my time is becoming less disturbed - bliss.

Great looking phone with excellent features!
A very modern phone with great features. The Guardian nuisance call blocker is fantastic! Intergrated The answerphone bleeps when there is a message which is very useful. Easy to set up!

Peace
This is a fantastic product. I now don't have to answer the phone 3 or 4 times a day, to annoying time wasting calls. I would highly recommend the phone, which I have done several times to friends and family.

Call guardian phone
Perfect to prevent unwanted calls. If you are plagued by spam and scam calls, one of these will help to stop them. Everyone should have one.

Brilliant!
I hate cold calls, but now I don't get any, whoop whoop! This phone stops anyone you don't know from calling direct. If someone really needs to speak to you they can leave a message and wait so you can accept their call straight away, or, block them permanently, or accept the call just once, or they can leave a message (if you're out) and then you can call back them later. Loads f functions including number store and answerphone/retrieval facility. The awful automated calls don't get through at all - fabulous!! Stylish and extremely functional, it gives you peace at last from those retched marketing and cold calls! Highly recommended!

Small Compact - Fantastic Call Monitor
I have had a few bt phones and also various call blockers - but the one included in this handset is fantastic.. So easy and I would recommend idea for all ages. Not only does it offer call rejecting but even answers you callers and let's you decide whether to talk to them.

Bt8500 advanced call blocker
Great style and easy to use and easy to set up this is my second phone and I recommend it to anyone who don’t want unwanted calls

Really works
This really does stop those unwanted calls. HOWEVER, be aware that you MUST have 'caller display' service from your supplier or the 'blocker' won't work. This is not properly explained in the BT information leaflet and having contact them I was told that they are changing the wording because they agree it is not clear that 'caller display' is needed. Once that it sorted you can forget unwanted calls.

Instructions instructions....
It is a brilliant product — but I am not so sure about the instructions! 72 pages of detailed information through which I am still working! Add a contact to the library? So far too complex in the limited time I have available. I SHALL get there — but I do wish manufacturers would submit instructions to an ordinary member of the public and not just the (very clever) guy in their technical team.
