    The seller did not send the item pictured in the listing. He did send a return label promptly. I returned the item but did not receive a refund. I had to contact him again and he stated that he does not issue refunds and that I had to contact e-bay to receive my money. Not only did I not receive the item pictured in the listing, but I had the added inconvenience of having to contact e-bay directly and spend over 1/2 hour on the phone so that they could verify and issue the refund. What a pain!

    Lane replacement Flapper for recliner couch

    The lane replacement works nicely but it was a little difficult to get the new one back in. attached to the flapper is a cord and the cord has two slots which are much thicker than the original and was not fun getting the cord back into place, but I finally was able to do it with plyers. Also the cord was longer than the original so the flapper does not close completely, I just have to push it into place not big deal. But again it works with no problems now and I would order it again if another one brakes.

    Kind of works but need some effort to install

    It kind of works but only after a bit of grief. The plastic notch on the cable that goes into the metal bracket on chair to secure the pull cable is a tad to big. I literally have to hammer it in using a soft mallet. Also the plastic pull handle does not lie flat to the casing when not in use. The price is kind of steep. It would be much better if one can just buy the handle (which is what I need) and the cable separately.

    lane replacement swith for recliner

    Part has a cable that is not bolted on, therefore like other replacement parts you cannot replace the switch without taking the chair apart. Need a part like other ones for sale where the cable is attached in a way it can be taken off and the old cable used!

    Pretty Chessy all the way around

    This is the 3rd replacement since owning the Lane Sectional. No I don't recommend it but your stuck with this flapper if this is the one you already have.

    Happy to find it

    Did some repairs in a customer's house and said, hey can you look at this and see what you can do. I went straight to google, found this part and now all is like new again. Bought one extra while at it as there are four of they on the two couches. Had these not been available they were considering new furniture.
