If you would have contacted us first we would have been more than happy to have DPD come collect the wrong unit and deliver you the correct one on a next day service, rather than receiving the negative feedback. They proved to be totally unreliable and kept giving me false delivery dates. Their telephone consumer service did not really know where the package was and it was eventually delivered almost a week late.
