With this, I contacted the seller immediately and attached multiple pictures showing the packaging and the items condition. Without hesitation, they gave me a full refund along with a sincere apology. My only call out would be the packaging was in a bag, not in a box, which led to the hat being creased, but I used a steamer and got it right out. Awesome value, shipping was super fast, 10/10!!!
