Bostitch Pencil Sharpener
I bought this sharpener because of the name... which I thought would ensure good quality. However, it is poor quality in every way. First, it is not weighted, so you have to hold it down with one hand while putting pressure into the blades so it will sharpen. Second, the weak motor bogs down with light pressure while sharpening. Third, the plastic tab that starts the motor when a pencil is inserted is too stiff and has a sharp edge that grips the pencil when you try to pull it out. I had to forcefully pull out my pencils with both hands and resulted in scrapes and gouges on the pencils. Btw, I was using normal #2 pencils. I thought about returning it, but didn't want to go through the trouble. I'll find a better one for probably less money. Very disappointed.

Does the job!!
Use it daily and hasn't let me down. I had it jam maybe once and it was an easy fix just emptied and back in service. I suggest using the USB power cable had a little problem with batteries not making perfect connection sometimes works sometimes didn't work but could have been user error.

Great electric pencil sharpener
Most of the time I prefer old school manual sharpeners but this gadget changed my mind. It sharpens precisely and quickly, so there's always a bouquet of pencils for use at my house. Emptying pencil shavings is a breeze and it conveniently takes up very little space. I highly recommend it.

Works great!
I got this item for my wife she loves it!!. She uses adult coloring books for stress and this sharpner works great on her colored pencils.

Pencil sharpener works great!
I wanted one that would work good and this worked better than I ever thought it would. Very strong and pencil was sharpened so fast with a perfect point. I can't think of any thing bad about this sharpener. I bought this pencil sharpener because of the reviews and they were right.

Great pencil sharpener.
This pencil sharpener is great. Gives a sharp point. I’m using it in my classroom and have 110 students in 7 class periods. This is only the second week, but it’s working good so far.

Excellent pencil sharpener
This is a great pencil sharpener for the price. It is great for home or small office use. It is goo0d looking and not an eye sore in my home office. I highly recommend this sharpener to anyone looking for a good product at a very reasonable cost.

Review
Very easy to use and gets a very fine point the only thing that is discouraging is if you have thicker pencils to sharpen it doesn't fit but it's great otherwise

A good value
This sharpener works very well and is very light weight being made almost exclusively of plastic and likely therefore could be subject to easy damage but still at twelve dollars a good value
