    Excellent Leadership Book

    Jocko , has written a concise easy to read leadership book. The chapters are short with great example stories to understand Leadership styles. The reader is able to jump around different chapters, while still understanding the book as a whole.

    We've all had enough classes about leadership theory...this book explains how they used the theories with military examples (which are life and death)

    Easy to read as a book or to skip around to relevant chapters.
