I am having trouble with this item. it doesnt seem to be working as it should , not charging properly going flat very quickly, the person I bought it for can only use it as a keep in touch thing he can not do text so I THOUGHT A SECOND hand ONE WOULD BE FINE FOR HIM BUT AS WE HAVE TO KEEP IN TOUCH IT IS NOT VERY GOOD FOR US, my own foult I should have bought a new one

Doro 626 Great Buy For Anybody!
Easy setup especially when Sim card is installed and wizard starts. In Canada on Rogers and Koodo had to use nano SIM installed in a larger standard size Sim adaptor. Got set if 3 from Best Buy $15 plus tax has to be large enough fit without sliding around in the top space (SD card under Sim slot) tried larger Sim out not fit but had to use phone the way I said or no contact. The wizard didn't start up until Sim card was activated by agent. Tried it out long distance call was clear and liyd enough without adjusting to a louder mode. 'font can be adjusted nice and big screen good size. Did radio scan 20 clear stations great radio. Earbuds too large. Maybe fit a man's ears. Loads of features wouldn't find on regular flip. Great buy for anybody who like a phone that turns on and with open and close but while has messeging capability does not have wifi. No data charges.

Worth the money, suitable for light use
easy to setup and use, texting not very user friendly not easy to capotlaise words like places or names etc. Battery life very poor even when low use; no drafts box so you can send a text later and if you press the red power button in error while texting you loose all what you have written. Camera very poor but I suppose for the money you shouldn't expect too much. Senior citizens a great phone for us.
This phone is brilliant for those who do not want a smartphone or find it difficult to use one . I am a senior citizen and it ticks every box. It has a large brilliantly lit screen with large print and the keyboard and other controls are really easy to use. It is 3G , so internet capable if you so wish. The only down side is the battery runs out fairly quickly but again very easy and quick to recharge using mains or a USB port . Senior citizens THIS MOBILE is the answer to your prayers! The price is reasonable tooThis phone is brilliant for those who do not want a smartphone or find it difficult to use one . I am a senior citizen and it ticks every box. great easy to use phone, works where my other phone can't get a signal! it's not the network that causes a problem it is the phone, 2 mates standing next to each other, both on EE, one got 5 bars the other got none! just different phones. Doro is not very good on the internet. If like me you just want to make calls/texts then go ahead & get one, battery life is very to. Cheapest buy is on e Bay, would buy another tomorrow. A really nice phone that is easy to use.
Had an older Doro for my son who has problems with the modern phones. The main problem with the old Doro was that it would not let you delete old text message except one at a time. The new one is great, easy to use and a much better visual screen.
