Now Foods B-50 Vitamin B complex is worth a try
Now foods B-50 Vitamin B complex works for me. I have tried other brands of B vitamins but always come back to Now foods. It has the right amount of B vitamins I need. Thank you!

Great preventer of canker sores
I started taking this stuff 10 years ago because I was getting canker sores a lot. And I have rarely had one since. Once in a while I feel one forming, take an extra pill for a few days and it goes away.
