Great value, fast service.
The controller was to my house in just a few days. I researched the different types of controller and decided this style was best for my application; Some short trips, but longer trips as well, and varying weight on the trailer. It plugs right in with the pigtail provided, theres a video on how to install (you tube) and it worked correctly right away and easily adjustable once you understand both of the settings. even a girl can use it
Bought this electronic brake controller for my suv with some hesitation as it is a manual adjustment vs a digital read out. After a quick lesson from the guy who installed it for me I have had no problem adjusting the braking for my camper. it helps i have a lot of guy friends who offered helpful tips. sometimes less is more!I'm very happy with this unit and the money i saved as digital units are more expensive.
