    It's very comprehensive! Probably for someone more active than I am at age 65. Bought to help with my posture for standing and sitting. It has been very helpful with this as well as for proper positioning and therapy for sciatic issues. I recommend this book for anyone wanting to move their body correctly so as not to improperly stress ligaments and cause maladjustment.

    This book is excellent! Slowly, I'm acquiring the different equipment (bands, lacrosse balls, etc.) to perform the mobilization techniques that it describes. Lately, it's been helping me troubleshoot "clicking" in my elbow by warming it up properly.
