Now that deserves some time, but it won't post today, but it did yesterday! I give Asus a one star for the former products always worked. So the USB DDC will have to wait. But I will say that the seller was right there if I had a question or needed help with another product. Thank you, I would send another Ebay customer to this seller with no reservations.

The packing is double boxed with professional plastic film wrapping on the outer box and the component itself. You can hardly break the package even intentionally! The item is brand new and again since it is film wrapped, prepare to spend 5 minutes unwrapping the whole thing. The sound is good immediately out of the box. I will let it run a while first. Value exceeds expectation YES!
