I communicated with her as soon as I saw the condition of the mirror and was practically bawling. She told me she had layered up the package 3-4 times. What had arrived at my doorstep was clearly repackaged and relabeled, FedEx at fault for sure. She refunded me the purchase as she began her claim against FedEx.
