    Real pizza at home...

    Seems weird that I was not aware of this wonder for so many years, I am being honest, it takes practice and a lot of youtube searching for the right way to make dough and use this oven; I am sharing my experience hoping many will not make the right mistake; first, my oven already came with teh temp mod, that is it would switch on before reaching the number 1, then make sure the pizza is not too big as it will not cook properly on the border, then turn to 2, use a temp gun to make sure the stone reaches 320c, then place the pizza without oil, do not add watery stuff as anything burning on the stone can make it turn black. Once you place the pizza on the stone, turn the temp knob to the max, as sadly, once it reaches the temp setting, the heat element will switch off and not cook the top ...

    Does what it says on the box

    Great device, I've made bread & pizza with it, they usually cook very nicely in 2.5-3 mins. Just follow the instructions closely, except with my one I'd use setting 2.5 for most things rather than 'between 2.5 and 3' as the manual suggests.

    Superb well made Pizza Oven

    This Ferrari Pizza Oven is an excellent and well made product. It has a solid feel and is nicely finished. I have now tried it for the first time using some home-made pizza dough, tomato pizza topping, grated mozzarella and pepperoni. The oven has to be preheated for 10 minutes between the 2 ½ and 3 settings on the heat control and the pizza can then be placed on the refractory stone. The pilot light should still be on when the lid is closed on the pizza. I kept the same heat setting, and in just over 4 minutes the pizza was ready and cooked to perfection. The bottom had a great lightly dappled look and was really crisp. It all looked and tasted great so I am delighted with it and happy to recommend. Frozen pizzas can also be cooked but need to stand at room temperature for 10 mins before ...

    Fantastic

    This makes real Italian pizzas . I use the Italian flour caputo, mutti tomatoes with garlic and some basul and mozzarella. Pizza takeaway is a thing of the past. You will always get remnants and burnt bits on the stone, rub with a dry scourer when cool,Never wash it.

    Perfect crispy base like Mamma made in less than 4 minutes. Wonderful!

    The best pizza we have eaten outside Italy and ready in under 4 minutes! We have always made pizza at home from scratch and could never achieve the perfect base. Until I purchased this! We are using it several times a week. It is really that easy and quick. Love love love this!
