I even sent an email he billed he see whatever he is build my account. I politely asked to refund because I did not want that item and he did he see whatever he isdid not he said I can return them and then well we'll see about that. I will be placing an eBay complaint tomorrow, especially if I receive a nasty pair of shoes and not get my money back. We packed up the shoes and shipped them out by 2:00 pm at 8:00 pm they messaged saying they didn't want the shoes. So we told them as soon as the shoes arrived to open a return. Send the shoes back and we would refund them their money as soon as we got the shoes back. Then they left this review. So we will be opening a case with ebay in the morning to get to the bottom of this problem.
