Used cordless Panasonic handset
While this is a used phone it was in good condition. As one of the original phones died, I thought this was worth a try and it was. It did not come with batteries, which I knew, but, it does take AAA rechargeable batteries and not expensive OEM batteries like some other brands. Unable to use this product
I am unable to get it to work with my phone system despite the fact that it is the same model number. It just says return to base. I have gone through all the steps recommended by the user manual but i am able to deregister or register this handset with my system. So it is useless to me. many illegible keys

Replacement...
This was replacement for a handset to my cordless phone system. One of the original handsets had gone 'kaput' after being dropped.
