Tech support is a nightmare
I bought it to save on my telephone bill. My sister had one in 2016 and it worked really well. My main problem is after it was installed. It stopped receiving calls. I tried everything and resetting it and still had the same problem in my main reason for giving it such a low score is because tech supportis almost impossible to reach. A great product
The entire purchase and the implementation of the Magic Jack was easy. The purchase part on Ebay was uneventful. Never a problem. The support team on the Magic Jack side was great.
