Send through UPS box was not damaged. The item was Lelit Victoria espresso machine and came as described. This machine is very nice in person the pictures did not do it justice. Value is good if you are into DIY. Hopefully I can fix it but seller was accurate and honest about the unit. As described in the listing, the headphones were brand new. The only negative is that the white box it came in was a little dirty. The headphones themselves (in my opinion) are the best in its class in terms of sound quality, comfortability, and build quality. These really do punch above their weightclass. Great job Bowers and Wilkins!!!

This is literally a brand new phone. Still has the AppleCare available. We are relatively close and the item was shipped ground but was at my door the next day. The value for the money and the quality of the phone is unmatched. The seller is very professional and every item I have bought from them is great. No complaints at all. A++ +++++++ seller
