    Righteous Prey Has a Righteous Message

    I read this book recently and enjoyed the interaction between Lucas Davenport and Virgil Flowers. The story is great, and the final takedown of an idealistic criminal has great action but mixed results. I love all of Sandford's "Prey" novels, and this one has a well-developed plot. The sections written from the point of view of the perpetrators is more than a little bit disturbing but entirely possible, I was not happy with the way the FBI was portrayed, but incidents like those described could happen, I suppose. All in all, I enjoyed this novel and hope to read many more stories about Davenport and Flowers!

    Fast paced.

    John Sanford is one of my favorite authors, and this one does not disappoint. Lots of action and behind the scenes police work. His main characters are always smart, smart-mouthed, and dedicated.
