Packaging kept it in pristine condition throughout transit. The seller was communicating throughout postage and even when it got stuck at customs my end; which delayed the arrival of the item, they were very helpful in getting things moving again. 5 star service and communications! Great valued item all the way from Japan. I would highly recommend them to anyone! A very very happy customer.

But took a chance because of seller's rating and offering free returns. (plus great price) This was shipped from Japan to the East coast USA in about 2 days. I was shocked the entire time tracking the package. I order it one night, wake up and its in Alaska, next day it was delivered to a small town in New England. Also, the guitar looks in great shape.
