Did not come cleaned, seems like it was just sold straight from storage. Fully functional and the SSD included was an m.2 to pcie expansion card, instead of an ssd mounted in any of the available storage spaces. Also included full set of caddies, which is greatly appreciated. Would 100% buy from you folks again. Shipping drop off was amazingly fast.
