I did not see the disclaimer from my phone so now Im stuck with a part thats in worse shape than mine that i took from my car. Spoke with him about my address and he never brought up the issue that the one he was selling was faulty. No different than selling a bad tire. We also clearly outlined in the parts description that the ECU needed repairs, hence why it was 1/3rd of the retail price.
