I rechecked the listing and found that it was nowhere in the photos, it even looked cropped out of one photos (possibly on purpose?). I reached out to the seller and this was their response:“No idea. Not there when I sent it. You can send it back or I’ll refund you 5$.”Definitely expected better customer service and will be avoiding this seller! I apologized multiple times, offered a full return, and offered a partial refund. Buyer attempted to leverage negative feedback for an unreasonable refund amount. Buyer offered positive feedback for a specific dollar amount and refuses to return the item. Hopefully this extortionary approach is a violation of Ebay policy and the feedback is deleted. I have always been more than willing to rectify any issues. Thank you.
