Product Information
Based on the popular, and suggestively named, wrestling series on the Spike television network, TNA Impact! features more than 20 of Total Nonstop Wrestling's top competitors. Players can enter the series' distinctive hexagonal ring and execute signature moves from wrestlers like Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, Senshi, Christopher Daniels, and Kurt Angle, or gamers can create their own wrestler with a custom appearance and moves. The story mode centers on a man who is nearly beaten to death, then dumped in a plastic surgery office in Tijuana, Mexico, with a serious case of amnesia. Players must then help him put his life back together by working his way to the top of the TNA world. The game also features Ultimate X matches in which wrestlers must climb onto suspended ropes, while fighting off opponents, to untie belts dangling above the center of the hexagon. Up to four players can grapple at one time, or two players can go online for head-to-head match-ups.Product Identifiers

TNA Wrestling Impact video game for Playstation 2
When this game was released, any true professional wrestling fan gamers would know that this was the best of the genre in the year it was released. Yes, even better than WWE's video game release! The graphics were on par with the competition, but the story mode was what made this game stand out from the other games in the wrestling market.
