Item had very minor cosmetic damage (scuffs/scratches) but that was expected for a used thin client. This is a great value over buying new. It booted just fine, and had a factory default install of ThinPro as described. This would make a great small PC for running pfSense, OPNsense, or even VMs with Proxmox.

Also one of the metal tabs was also loose and rattling around under the motherboard. Thankfully both were easily removed. I'd say the product was good value.
