Item was new in the plastic packaging as advertised worked flawlessly. Communication was fast and courteous.     Packaging for shipment could have been a little better - it was bubble wrapped in a bubble mailer but for 12 packs, I would have preferred a box. Overall though, all packs were in good condition and arrived very quickly + price was very fair! Would recommend this seller to others

    Good lock but unable to keep it open from the inside if you want to keep it unlocked.

    The lock seems to work but it's not a Schlage that I'm used to. The locks that I have purchased have had a different back on the inside. This lock is not able to unlock it from the inside as all of my past ones have been able to do.

    Best lock!

    This lock is on a friends barn. I had to do a job in the barn...so he gave me a code to get in. This lock is very stylish and easy to open..it locks itself when you close the door which is a mind ease wondering if you remembered to lock the door. Best thing is no keys needed but has a key override. I went and bought the same lock for my barn....I recommend it for any application. Thanks for reading...rick bialkowski.

    Holds up to 19 codes, smooth action, plastic parts and battery change a little tricky

    I like this lock a lot and am using it as the standard elecrronic lock for a small apartment building. Pros: 19 codes for tenants and vendors Nice finish Opens door smoothly when unlocked Cons: Interior battery holder and cable routing is plastic. I could this part becoming brittle after a few years and I'd be worried about breaking it during a battery change Battery change (9V battery) requires partial disassembly and dismounting of the lock.
