It was excellently packaged in the perfectly sized box with no room to slide and wrapped in bubble wrap. The packaging was done with care. Not only did my item start as brand new but it also arrived in brand new condition. I will definitely buy from them again. The BluRay discs themselves played great in my region free player and the boxset had no broken plastic bits inside. A few disks had popped lose but no scratches or damage occurred
