I figured it's a lost item and not seller responsibility. Seller shipped a new one without me even saying anything. Amazing. Really great customer service and seller cares a lot about their customers. Product was heavily reinforced in a box and bubble wrap. I highly highly recommend this seller. I was very surprised by their thoughtfulness.
