It appeared to have been carefully packed, and the package was not damaged, so the breakage is confusing. I have contacted the seller and sent pictures of the broken pieces. I don't want to say that the seller had sent the item already broke, however, he is not willing to accept a return or refund my money. Instead of opening a proper return case, I was pressured to issue a refund with no return, and now this feedback feels more like leverage than a fair review.
