No return offered even though they advertised returns. Customs had removed the cardboard with a Sharpe knife and scratched the stem with the point of the knife. You purchased through eBay global shipping which they sent all the messages about tariffs. there was no return offered as you accepted the refund instead, We dont want your return custom thank you
