Traditionally Finished HSS Drill Bit
Perhaps I am showing my age ... but there is something reassuring about the old-school black oxide finish on a high-speed-steel drill bit. And you cannot go wrong by buying Irwin. This was a win-win purchase, all the way around. I will be using it primarily to drill holes on wood -- and I know it will do a fine job for years to come.
