I purchased a computer monitor and never received my purchase, but tracking stated to a different town and different address, knowing it was not the computer monitor as USPS confirmed the package only weighed 2.4 oz. And sent to a nearby town and address. I went to USPS an obtained all the information. The seller refused to cancel the order stating i received the package. attached is receipts from USPS a 2.4 oz package delivered at a different address.

The order was supposedly delivered to the mail box on August 29th. However, I live in a thirteen story high-rise with 139 apartments. The mailboxes are not large enough for packages, therefore packages are received and logged in at the front desk and residents notified when they have a package. I made the Seller aware of this but he continued to send the same irrelevant order update.
