The stylish and fun Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Instant Film Camera slips easily in your bag for taking instant print photographs. This photography gadget proves that there is still an advantage to using film cameras. The camera is brightly colored. Plus, it's easy to operate with a simple push-button feature. Like the Polaroids of old, it prints pictures immediately. You can use this device indoors or outdoors no matter what the lighting or weather is like. This camera's brightness adjustment dial determines the best setting for taking a picture with an indicator lamp. With each setting, the aperture adjusts for the best photos under those conditions. For indoor and night photography, the Instax Mini 8 operates with an aperture of f/12.7. On cloudy days, it is f/16. On slightly cloudy days, it is f/22, and on bright days, it is f/32. Simply turn the dial to the indicator light that shows the recommended setting, point the camera, and shoot. The manual brightness adjustment is not the only handy feature on this camera from Fujifilm. It also has a high-key mode. This fun mode snaps shots that are brighter and have softer colors to give your prints a whole new vibe. The camera has a fixed shutter speed of 1/60th of a second. The flash fires with every photo you take and adjusts based on your setting. It works at a range of 0.6 to 2.7 meters and recycles in 0.2 to 6 seconds when the battery is fresh. The Mini 8 from Fujifilm accepts Instax Mini instant film. This is instant print film, so this funky little device will spit out your photos right away. The image developing time will take just a minute or less. The prints are 62 by 44 millimeters, which is about the size of a credit card. They are a great size for tacking to a bulletin board, hanging in a locker, or taping to a notebook. To add to the look, the white border on your prints gives them a retro feel like old Polaroid pictures. You can get accessories for this camera like photo paper preprinted with themed borders, such as birthdays and holidays. You get 10 frames in each pack of instant film, and the camera's exposure counter shows how many frames remain. Plus, there is a pack confirmation window, so you can be sure a roll is loaded before shooting. The Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 measures 5 by 5.5 by 3 inches. It weighs just 10.9 ounces. This compact accessory is just the right size to slip into a book bag or purse. That way, you can snap a print whenever the mood strikes you. An included strap helps with portability and provides security while holding the unit. The Fujifilm instant camera runs on 2 AA batteries. The battery life lasts for about 100 shots or 10 rolls of film.
