A thorough, approachable, biology textbook that puts the authors' love of their subject within grasp of students.
The writing in this textbook is clear and accurate. It is exceptionally well written and edited. The level of detail is impressive, but each chapter begins with a very readable and easily understood summary of the main ideas. It is just a well written textbook.

Biology 2e Openstax - Great Textbook
Wonderful textbook with colorful diagrams and images that are useful! The textbook is the same as the one online however sometimes having the printed copy is the best way to read from and study with.
