The part provided did not play games and had quality issues that were identified by the client once installed. It took us a while to receive the part and quality test it so fell outside of the return window so the seller did not agree to fix the issue. I do have to correct your information because you are not being truthful on what happened. You were delivered this part in early April, 60-days ago. You never voiced any issues until yesterday, and had plenty of time to test the component. You ever installed and gave it to your customer because it worked after your own testing. We warranty parts for 30 days and you were 30 days past that. We are not responsible for your customer or you damaging the part. Thanks!

I tried to cancel the order before it was even shipped and they said it was not their problem / job then started going on ending with :“ youre lower than pond bacteria.” Honestly wouldnt recommend doing business with them. They take money and basically tell you to F-off. I can’t make this a negative review. To clarify, you demanded that we cancel your order after it was already shipped, you tried to cancel it two days after ordering. You then demanded that we contact the post office to make them stop the order, which is not possible without paying a fee if they can even stop it, which you just expected us to pay for your incompetence of not knowing what you ordered. You then sent a message cussing out my staff and telling them to f off.
