I love this movie and used to have the DVD, but when I recently couldn't find it in my DVD collection, I decided to order a new copy. This is the ultimate "feel good" movie, is realistic, and most of the characters are endearing. I read the book, but the movie is better than the book! The book has details that just don't work, but everything in the movie works, and the plot is well-paced and never drags. The cast is superb. Also, I got it fast and in perfect condition, thank you!

Feel good movie about the strength of the human spirit
I've always loved this movie but had never purchased to add to my DVD collection. I finally bought it off eBay and it's a favorite of mine and my daughter s.

Lightweight with great story.
It had a great story. It told how men take advantage of lonely women to get to their children. It also was about true friendship. It told how a teenager had a baby and come out on top making a name for herself.
