Electronic regulator charger
Works really well with a small panel (10w) but it charges in lowish light, tested the drain with no light and very low reading 1 or 2 ma. I use it on a boat trailer winch battery and it keeps it to full capacity (just 1 or 2 uses of the winch a week)
