You should get to know Dorie
She is a wonderful chef who knows how to bake, cook and WRITE (yes, write) a cookbook. I was late to the Dorie party and have nothing but praise for her since discovering ‘Baking: From My Home to Yours’ (a gem) about 14-15 years ago. You can feel the love she puts into her scrumptious recipes and they read like a personal conversation Dorie is sharing with you. Easy to understand with lots of tips, tricks and alternatives imparting her experience and wisdom along the way. Her cookbooks are treasures and you shouldn’t think twice about owning this one (or any/many of her other cookbooks and collaborations).Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Perfect description for terrific recipes
Great recipes and although I have not made all of them, what I have made from this book is everything one would expect from Dorie Greenspan. The only down side is unless you like your cook books in digital format don't get this one because it is an awful lot of printing to get a hard copy. I didn't realize how many pages there were when I bought the book, and I was being cheap. Best Cookbook
Nice hardback cookbook with ribbon place-mark which is very handy. Dories recipes are usually easy and always a bit different or unique. This is a great addition to anyone's cookbook collection...and might actually get used!!!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht
