I ordered a single cooling mattress, but this was more like a small double, so I had to reduce the size by cutting the width as well as the length to make it fit. I am elderly and it was really quite a challenge. It is very comfortable, but have yet to feel if it has a cooling effect, as that was the main reason for buying the mattress.
